Here I lie, letting go of old lives.

"Restless" was a wake-up call.

I wrote the song with the little bursts of energy that I had in between being bedbound for months with the post-viral fuckshow known as Long Covid.

There are thousands of people in South Africa battling the same fate, with little to no support. There are so many unknowns, and doctors are often not equipped with the knowledge or resources to treat these systemic & debilitating conditions.

100% of the proceeds of Bandcamp sales will be donated to the ME/CFS Foundation South Africa, that supports people with ME/CFS & co-morbid conditions.
